CodeSlate provides a client-side encrypted text and code storage service. The service is provided "as is" and "as available".

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your "Secret Key". We do not store your key and cannot recover your data if you lose it. You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Content Ownership

We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Service. Your data remains yours.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided without warranty of any kind. CodeSlate disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CodeSlate be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from the use of the service.
